Flat with superb sea views
Adorable little flat on the 3rd floor (no lift) of the "Résidence de la Méditerranée" for 4 people, 700m from the beach. Small terrace overlooking the sea with outdoor chairs and table.
The living room has a small kitchen with 2 hotplates, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. There is a sofa with television and a small dining table.
There is a separate shower room with WC.
The downstairs bedroom has a 140cm double bed and the mezzanine has a 140cm double bed.
Private parking space.
Pets allowed (€15 per pet per week).
The keys are to be collected from the Guy Hoquet - Saint Pierre la Mer agency and a map to the accommodation will be given to you.

Residence of flats and detached houses around 700 metres from the beach, close to the Massif de la Clape.
Saint-Pierre-La-Mer is a family seaside resort, where everything has remained on a human scale.
The large, sandy beach (5 km long) has been awarded the Blue Flag and is ideal for children.
For sports enthusiasts: a wide range of water sports (windsurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.), hiking and cycling trails in the Clape massif.
The garrigue, with its scents of thyme, lavender and rosemary, comes alive with the song of the cicadas in summer.
Curiosity: the Oeil Doux chasm, with its high, green limestone cliffs overlooking an emerald-green expanse of water.
In July and August, the largest market on the coast is held every day, as well as a night-time craft market.

Ce très pt appartement est géré par 1 agence.les dames font leur possible pr être disponible mais les horaires de l'agence les empêche de répondre ds l'immédiat à nos demandes et questions. A l'arrivée une odeur de renfermé et de moisissure, mais fenêtres ouvertes nuits/ jrs ont réglé le problème. Malheureusement on a pas pu utiliser la mezzanine, très bien rangée et agréable mais trop bas de plafond pr ma fille (170cm) et l'escalier un peu raide , bruyant ne m'a pas rassurée. Le passage ds la s à manger /cuisine/ salon n'est pas large conseil= passer de travers pr éviter les bleus ! Idem pr la douche pas très large.Pas de wifi et la tv ecran plat ne fonctionne pas toujours( problèmede réseau). En dehors de ça les propriétaires ont pensé à absolument tout et + ils ne manque rien. Plusieurs attention (tupperwares, nécessaire à couture, scotch et plein d'autres choses) .L'agence a pris soin de faire ce qu'il faut pr agir contre cet saleté de virus et il y a tous les produits de ménage nécessaires pour le faire soi soi-même. Le meilleur reste la vue! Certes il y a les parkings mais levez la tête et à 25/20 cm à pieds (attention ça monte+ au retour) la mer est là avec ces superbes couleurs ( sur 21jrs en août 5 jrs de brouillard total) . Il n'y a pas de quoi s'amuser le soir en dehors dune fête foraine , un marché, des restaurants. Les discothèques ne sont pas top.Les plages st immenses et très propres mais été oblige , beaucoup de gens autour de votre serviette. Nous reviendrons pr se reposer mais à un autre prix car en comparant 80e c'est un peu cher .

Die Aussicht vom Balkon, wunderbar. Wohnung sauber und zweckmäßige eingerichtet, alles wie beschrieben. Für 2 Personen und eine Woche war es ok.
Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut, alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Appartement très fonctionnel, il y avait tout manque de rien au calme je recommande cette appartement super bel vue du balcon face à la mer ,à Saint Pierre de la mer
