The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this lovely 65 m² air-conditioned chalet for rent in Saint Pierre la Mer, about 200 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 200 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!

- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (160×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (160×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Veranda with dining area
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

- A beautiful 200 m² private garden, not overlooked, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
