About this apartment rental
Our apartment is located in a small village near Marialinden. It is located on the 1st Upper floor and loft of a detached house with separate own entrance It has a beautiful kitchen with a fitted kitchen with induction hob and complete equipment. Adjacent is the large and spacious living room with a fireplace and a nice large couch.
The bedroom has a large 2m x 2m double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
The bathroom was recently completely modernized and has a bath / shower / BD and a sink with a large mirror.
2 more beds are in the loft which can be reached from the living room via a spiral staircase. Here the headroom is restricted by the pointed floor.
The apartment has a beautiful covered balcony for breakfast in the morning and its own terrace in the garden.
We have a wallbox for electric vehicles on the property and tenants are welcome to charge their vehicles with us. Our wallbox has a type 2 plug.
A supermarket is located in Marialinden where a bakery is open on weekends. Here you will also find restaurants and inns. The nearest train station with connections to Cologne and buses to Siegburg and Bonn is approx. 6 km away. It is about 5km to the A4 motorway towards Cologne. In about 30 minutes you are in Cologne.
The nature reserve Schlingenbachtal is within walking distance and many beautiful hiking opportunities. In Lindlar approx. 10 km away there is a very interesting open-air museum about rural life in the Bergisch region.

Very nice rural setting with grocery store conveniently located nearby. Hosts were easy to communicate with and apartments had what one needed. If you are tall the loft room could be tricky, but short mom stayed in this duo so it worked. Lots of local information literature to utilize if one wishes. We stayed during a rainy spell but cannot predict mother nature.

A very quiet and friendly place, with beautiful natural landscapes and all the amenities you need to stay a few days away from the noise of big cities. We were visiting Cologne for a few days and chose to stay in this quiet place close to nature. Marc was very welcoming and ready to serve us for everything we needed.We will definitely be back.Thank you Marc

Marc the owner was great from the minute we made the booking. He replied quickly and was there to meet us when we arrived Apartment is fantastic just like the photos which was great. It’s well equipped in the kitchen with everything you need and more Lovely area. Great stay. Would highly recommend Thanks got a great stay
