Cozy apartment in a perfect location

The apartment is in a perfect location. It had everything you needed. Starting from laundry detergent and shampoo to an umbrella and sunscreen.

Loved it! Superb apartment.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is great. I'm not normally a fan on studio apartments but this was very spacious with a nice little balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was also very useful for us to have a washing machine as we were on a month long drive around Europe from the UK. Parking was very easy and Sarah who handed us the keys was super friendly and helpful. There are restaurants just across the road from the apartment at the marina, but made our own food in the apartment . There are some mall supermarkets in Golfe-Juan which are about 10-15 mins walk away. We even walked to Antibes along the coast, which is a lovely walk, but did take about 1 hour. It was so nice we walked back too ;-). It's very close to the train station for trips in to Nice or Monaco as well. Also, it is very close to the beach.

The sofa is a little uncomfortable but this didn't have any bearing on our love for this apartment and area.

In the kitchen was wine and kold water.. The appartment was perfect and everything was nice and clean. It was really close to the beach, port and the restaurants. We went to Cannes, Nice and Monaco by train, and it was very easy.

Gorgeous apartment in Golfe-Juan with private parking

Fantastic and super cozy apartment. It has a roomy and really bright living+ bedroom openspace, a really nice terrace and a small but fully equipped kitchen, with a big fridge and even - all praise be - a dishwasher! Another big plus of this apartment is the private parking place: a feature that can save you a lot of time and spare you from the frustration of parking hunting coming back form a trip of one of the many great costal towns and beaches in the area. Speaking of nice beaches, there are two of them at 5 minutes walking from the apartment. Last but not least the apartment's owners, Christian and Amanda, are very nice people, helpful and welcoming: from their attitude to the small details of the apartment, it's clear that they care about their guests, and about giving them the best means to enjoy their stay. And, in my opinion, this is something that matters.

Great place and host!

My trip to Golfe Juan was great but staying at Grand Studio made it even better. The place is tastefully decorated, very clean, quiet and has all the necessities you need, perfect for a single person or a couple. It has a great location, walking distance from all the main places (beach, centre etc). The internet is fast, so you can easily work remotely if needed. The host is very friendly and helpful, plus he left a few bottles of wine as a welcome gift :) Thank you for a great stay Christian.

Excellent and would stay again.

I really couldn’t have been happier with my stay at this lovely apartment. It was incredibly clean, very well equipped and in a great location. The owner was lovely to communicate with and went out of his way to make the stay very easy and comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Great Location!!!

Communication with Christian was easy and immediate. The flat was clean, comfortable and with private car parking place. The location of the flat was perfect for go to the sea side (the beach is a 3 minutes walk) or visit the French Riviera (Cannes is 15/20 minutes by car).

Fijn appartement dichtbij het strand

Ruim appartement op de begane grond; ruime kamer waar het bed en de bank en eettafel staan; de keuken en de badkamer zijn apart en kunnen met een schuifdeur afgesloten worden (wat wij heel prettig vonden); er is ook een wasmachine met 2 droogrekken (fijn gebruik van gemaakt!); en een terras waar je heerlijk buiten kan zitten; er is een eigen parkeerplaats bij het gebouw. Alles wat je nodig kan hebben is aanwezig, ook dingen die je niet standaard zou verwachten (bijvoorbeeld: wasmiddel, vaatwastabletten, koffie, thee, kruiden, olie, douchegel, strandlakens, strand tennisset). Wij werden vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen de sleutels en uitleg en konden op de aangewezen parkeerplaats parkeren. Dichtbij (op loopafstand) het strand, restaurants, supermarkt, treinstation. Wij hebben er een heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Wij misten een tweepersoons laken of deken voor op bed. Er waren alleen 3 eenpersoons kleedjes. Verder niets op te merken!

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt in einem liebevoll ausgestatteten Apartment!

Die Lage des Apartments ist wirklich gut. Die Einweisung in Anreise und Nutzung des Apartments ist ausführlich und hervorragend. Ein kleines Problem wurde mittels eines kurzen Telefonates sofort geregelt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war effizient und sehr schnell. Das Apartment ist sehr komplett ausgestattet und durchdacht eingerichtet.

Nichts - wir können das Apartment guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und würden es auch wieder buchen wenn wir nochmals nach Golfe Juan kommen würden.

Appartement mit Vollausstattung und günstiger Lage unweit Antibes

Wir haben noch nie ein derart gut an Elektrogeräten, Küchenutensilien und allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt sonst noch so benötigen kann, ausgestattetes Appartement erlebt. Der Vermieter Christian war sehr sympathisch, die Kommunikation mit ihm perfekt. Das Appartement liegt im EG einer privaten Wohnanlage mit durch eine nett eingerichtete kleine Terrasse aufgewertetem Blick auf den hauseigenen, abgeschlossenen und ruhigen Parkplatz, auf dem auch unser Auto stand. Zwar läuft nur 50m entfernt die Eisenbahnstrecke, aber diese ist wegen EG-Lage kaum aufgefallen und hat uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt gestört. Zur schönen Hafenpromenade sind es keine 50m. An der Uferpromenade entlang kann man den langen Sandstrand entlang bis ins benachbarte Juan-les-Pins spazieren. Fantastisch fanden wir das 5km entfernte Antibes mit seiner liebevoll restaurierten Altstadt, der Markthalle, den vielen netten Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants. Sehr gut besucht aber -in der Nebensaison- noch völlig entspannt. Empfehlenswert ist auch der Sentier du Littoral um das Kap d'Antibes.

Perfektes Apartment!

Ein perfekt ausgestattetes Apartment für einen perfekten Urlaub! Man merkt, mit wieviel Liebe der Vermieter die Wohnung ausgestattet hat. Ich habe 5 Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht und hatte eine wunderbare Zeit. In der Küche ist alles da und das Bett ist super bequem. Und es sind nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand; auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten incl. Biomarkt und eine Bahnstation sind in Laufentfernung. Die Bahnlinie verläuft gleich hinterm Haus, aber man hört es kaum, genauso wie die Straße vor dem Haus. Kurz gesagt: absolute Empfehlung!!!
