Location in Beacon Hill on quiet street within walking distance to TD Garden was awesome. Price was better than some others when booked early.
The walls between the rooms do not stop any noise. (They do supply some earplugs.) It feels like your neighbors are in your room with you. You hear all the arguing, sex, pooping, etc. The shades are not blackout and are see-through, so people outside can see in. No privacy! If you are an exhibitionist you may enjoy it.

Location was perfect and access really easy. Arranging early check in was super helpful to drop luggage. Bed was very comfortable
As it’s an older property the walls are thin and so the place was noisy between the rooms. Also the AC had a habit of dripping water randomly, right over the bathroom door.
