This unit is on the 2nd floor, and once you step out of the unit into the hallway, you are right beside the door to the stairwell that takes you down (1) flight of stairs, go thru the door at the bottom of the stairwell, then you are 8-10 steps from the stairs to the beach.

1) Due to prior hurricane damage, a Swimming Pool is not available until approximately June 2026. However, a new Seawall has been built around the whole ocean side of the property, and newly built stairs to the beach, so direct beach access is just steps away from the building, and this unit is right beside the stairwell on the 2nd floor, with (1) flight of stairs to go up/down to the outside, then just a few steps to the beach stairs.
This condo unit is in the closest building to the ocean in the area, just minutes south of Cocoa Beach. Beautiful sunrises while drinking your morning coffee and/or mimosas on the open (no screens) balcony, directly on the ocean. Also, a great place to view rocket launches from the Kennedy Space Center. Miles of sandy beaches north and south of the condo to sunbathe, walk, exercise and play on.
