This Waipu holiday home includes modern and well presented open plan living, with everything you need for a relaxed stay. The master bedroom is equiped with a king bed and ensuite. Set yourself up on the dedicated BBQ balcony which is covered year round and offers adjustable wind protection - the perfect spot for summer stays with your group.
An ideal spot to base yourself to enjoy all the surrounding beaches including Ruakaka, Langs Beach and Mangawhai with a cricket set to available to use during your stay. You can walk down to river for a swim or try your hand at some flounder fishing. The Waipu township is just a short 5 minute trip by car where you can enjoy a fun meal at the popular Waipu Pizza Barn. Or go on the hunt for some glow worms in the Waipu Caves just a 20 minute drive.

Our family of three stayed here for over 3 weeks to be close to family that we were visiting in the area. The home was very comfortable and well equipped and well insulated. Only issue we had was the cleanliness of the kitchen which was quite lacking. Communication with property management was average. The views were fantastic and the area was very nice.
