plus Snug Room with extra TV plus Livestreaming movies and videos facility. Enjoy all day sun and spectacular views from the 9 metre wide bay window, excellent large private deck Table Tennis numerous board games and wheelchair access.
Safe swimming in the estuary with kayaks hireable most holidays and popular patrolled Surfing at the ocean beach at the end of the road.
If you enjoy bird song, we have the early morning Thrush, the native day time Tui's and native night time Morepork owls
An outdoor security camera above the front door, can be unplugged at modem if guests prefer.
No extra cleaning charge, no booking fees, or extra charges. ( guests expected to do the basics) all equipment provided.
We have our 10 Commandments which expect people to observe.. eg No noisey parties, No smoking, No glass or plastic down the bank,
No sanitary extras down the toilets, Keep sand and sunlight off the polished floors,
leave the place clean

This house is a perfect place to stay in Mangawhai. Almost don’t want to recommend it as I might not be able to go again. The house is great - excellent views and ideally located - close to beach. Host brilliant!Great rooms and well maintained.

5/5 – Exceptional StayWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bob’s place. The house was incredibly comfortable, beautifully presented, and perfectly positioned with scenic surroundings that made the experience even more special. Every little detail was taken care of — a testament to Bob’s thoughtfulness and great communication throughout.Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we genuinely felt at home. We will surely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

The house is in an amazing location with stunning views, close to both the estuary and beach. There's always something interesting to see from this birds' eye spot! We found the property well equipped, clean and tidy. We would welcome the opportunity to enjoy this incredible location during the warmer months!
