This renovated bright and spacious fully self contained house is ideally located in a quiet beachside street in Mount Martha on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. A five minute walk from the house to the beautiful Port Phillip Bay leads to a clifftop or beach front walks with less than a five minute drive to South Beach and the cosmopolitan Mt Martha Village which provides guests with great cafes, shops and local markets.
With easy access to Red Hill wineries, micro breweries, art galleries and restaurants, in addition to a short drive to Mornington, world class golf courses, walking and cycling tracks and peninsula surf beaches, the Mornington Peninsula is unique and offers something for everyone.
This light and bright three bedroom and two bathroom house with large windows and modern facilities can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably and can entertain families, couples or friends.
The main bedroom features a Queen Sized Bed, full length wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and ceiling fan. The second bedroom features a Double size bed and full length wardrobe. The third bedroom contains a Double Bunk Bed with a double bed below and a single bed up top as well as a small couch and chest of drawers.

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with top of the range European appliances and features a 900mm Ilve oven and cook top, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Separate lounge and dining area away from the kitchen offering privacy.
Reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans in main dining area and kitchen.
The house also with an installed Woodpecker solid fuel enclosed heater in the fireplace in the lounge room.
WIFI with large Flatscreen Sony TV with streaming services such as Netflix and Binge.
A DVD player with a selection of DVD's.

House had a great layout and patio area for holiday with infant.
Enjoyed the stay.
Avoid parking on grassed kerb nov-apr parking inspectors still operate on good Friday

Had a wonderful 2 week stay. Perfect location, extremely cosy and close to nearby beaches and local shops. Nice to finally find accommodation that suits adults..... Provided all the comforts required, great kitchen to cook in, great outdoor decking for gatherings and a comfortable lounge area. Included Wifi, Netflix for those cold nights that you need to stay in, airconditioning for the hotter days, quality bed linen, etc. By far the best communication we have had with the owners too. Thank you for providing a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.
