Enjoyed a lovely, peaceful vacation week at this cozy and comfortable condo. The updated kitchen was great and stocked with everything you’ll need. Especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the courtyard filled with oak and cedar trees - it felt like being in a treehouse! The bed and pillows were so comfortable I might have slept the week away if I hadn’t been lured outside by the beautiful view of the Sound and dips in the pool. My host, Dan, was quickly responsive to my questions and provided a wonderful get away. Will definitely plan another stay here whenever I’m in the area.

We stayed at this cozy Florida condo during my daughter’s softball tournament, and it turned out to be the perfect home base for both game days and relaxation. The location was spot-on—close enough to the fields for easy access, yet tucked away just enough to feel like a retreat.The condo offered direct access to the water and pier which made mornings especially peaceful. We enjoyed sipping coffee while watching the sunrise ripple across the surface. Along with some family fishing time at night. After long tournament days, the pool was a lifesaver. Cool, clean, and just steps away.Inside, everything was thoughtfully arranged with a laid-back vibe. Plenty of room to spread out, a well-stocked kitchen, and comfy sleeping arrangements made it easy to settle in. We had everything we needed without any fuss.Between game highlights and spontaneous poolside laughs, the condo became part of the experience. It wasn’t just a place to stay—it was where we recharged, celebrated wins, and made some pretty great memories.The host was very friendly and responsive. We’d gladly book it again!

Condo kitchen and bathroom were nicely updated. Condo is located on 3rd floor, there is an elevator, but on the other side of the building. Washer and dryer are located on 1st floor laundry room. The outside of the condo needs updating and paint. Quite area but if you want to go to Destin, be prepared for very slow moving traffic, about a 45 minute drive.
