This is a fantastic place to stay for visitors that want to avoid the rush of Okaloosa Island, yet still want to be close to take advantage of the beaches and outdoor activities of the Island. Destin is close by. Navarre is a 20 minute drive. Dining and entertainment options are within walking distance or a short drive.
Business guests will find this a welcome alternative to a standard hotel room as the balcony is a great place to relax after working all day.
Tucked away on Santa Rosa Sound, your home is only a few steps away from the intracoastal waterway and a sandy on-site beach. The Gulf of Mexico beaches on Okaloosa Islands are a quick drive to the east. Charter a boat or take a tour to explore the local waters or go deep sea fishing. Fishermen that prefer to stay on land can head to the Okaloosa Island pier less than three miles away!
When you're not enjoying the beaches or exploring Fort Walton Beach sights like the Indian Temple Museum, you can lounge in comfort in your condo. The location was perfect for where we wanted to be.
The bed is extra firm and pillows are flat and we could have used a few more towels for our stay, other than those couple of things its a great place.

Great location, and view.
We left a day early due to lack of communication from property manager.
Here were our issues:
No one responded to my questions and concerns.
The codes listed in book in room did not work as stated. Upon looking for another contact number I found an email with different codes to access other areas Pool, pier.
Vending and ICE were out of order and locked our entire stay. 7 days no ICE in 100 degree weather. Not cool.
There is a coffee pot in cabinet but no pot!
We had 3 guests listed and although sheets were provided for foldout couch there was no blanket. Had to use beach towel.
Balcony door is extremely hard to open close, and very loud. Even hear each time neighbors open and close so I know they hear ours.
Looks like black mold on ceiling.
Bathroom drawers and doors are broken on vanity in bathroom.
Overall could use some maintenance and TLC.
