Spread across two levels, this welcoming bach provides plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Upstairs, the cosy living area opens onto a sunny deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee, soak up the sunshine, or simply watch the kids play safely in the large garden below. Downstairs, a second lounge creates additional space for the family to gather, while the dining area and well-equipped kitchen make mealtimes easy. Whether you're visiting in summer or winter, Kea View is set up for year-round comfort, with a fireplace creating a warm and inviting atmosphere during the cooler months.
The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom is fitted with two single beds. Downstairs, the third bedroom offers another queen bed, making the layout ideal for families or couples travelling together.
When it's time to explore, some of Golden Bay's most loved coastal gems are close at hand. Ligar Bay and Tata Beach are both just a short drive away, offering golden sands, clear waters, and excellent swimming opportunities. The local boat ramp is only two minutes away, making this an excellent choice for fishing enthusiasts and boaties. Cafés, restaurants, bars, a convenience store, and the all-year-round golf course are all within walking distance, while the nearby Aroha Health Spa offers the perfect opportunity to indulge in a little relaxation and pampering.

Well equipped, spacious and comfortable and located close to everything that matters at Pohara.

It was a comfortable stay and gave us more than enough space. The only thing I"d say appearance wise is it needs a lick of paint on the upstairs deck, this will improve the overall look of it.
