Apartman je prostran, sa izdvojenom spavaćom sobom, dve terase na dve suprotne strane apartmana, blizina javnog parkinga, bazen
Nameštaj je star, u dosta lošem stanju. Vode, na prvom spratu, jedva da ima. Da biste uključili bojler za toplu vodu, morate da uključite osigurač jer nema prekidača. Kupatilo se oseća na urin. Tuš kabina je izuzetno tesna sa kliznim vratima koja ispadaju iz ležišta. Ulica je, iako van centra, dosta prometna i danju i noću. Posteljina je stara, sintetička, neprijatna.
