The location, the price, the comfort was all amazing - a proper home away from home. I could rave about it all day, John and Kate were amazing and nothing was too much trouble, incredible value for money and the breakfast bits were a lovely extra!
The aggressive shower caused me a few issues as I couldn’t have it on me fully - one of the jets was painful when it hit the skin (personal preference) but it wasn’t the end of the world!!

The location was ideal for our visit to Suffolk. The provisions for breakfast were amazing. The host was very helpful in providing comfortable bedding for the sofa bed.
Parking was a bit unclear to start with and a bit tricky to reverse from.

The garden was very secure for our dog which was great and the property was clean. Lovely welcome food pack ECT on arrival. The host was very friendly and nice
