About this cottage rental
Head to East Suffolk for a romantic getaway in this romantic barn conversion with a wooden beamed ceiling for two humans and one four-legged friend. Step inside the open-plan living space to find a cosy living area with a vaulted ceiling, a warming wood burner and two plump sofas in front of the SmartTV and doors to the patio. Next to this is an intimate dining area with contemporary seating around a table. Completing this space is a compact corner kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal for two. The double bedroom is elegant and bright with neural-toned decor and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Outside is a patio area with furniture.
During your stay in the small, historic village of Bramfield you’ll have a canine-friendly pub on your doorstep (within 0.5 miles) plus a golf course 2 miles away. Take a picnic to the coastal nature reserve of RSPB Minsmere (8.5 miles) and explore the woods, wetlands and bird-spotting hides. Near here is the Leiston Abbey Chapel (8.5 miles) and the dog-friendly National Trust Dunwich Heath and Beach (9 miles). The picturesque seaside town of Aldeburgh is 16 miles away and is a great place to visit for access to coastal trails, like the Snape footpath, a stroll along the River Alde and a spot of lunch before relaxing on the beach.
