Location - very central and still very quiet, with a cozy terace. Plenty of space for a family with 2-3 kids. Underground parking included in the booking. Generally a nice place for a weekend stay.
Fridge is very small, bedrooms doors were squeaky. Unfortunately all lightbulbs around the flat (except the bathroom and 2 small laps in the bedroom) are bright white, so not very calming or pleasant in the evenings.

Great location. Cosy and sunny small garden.
Construction works close to the building generate noise and dirties... Apartment has great soundproof windows so you won't to hear this sounds...
