Lokalizacja, blisko centrum Krynicy, parking podziemny, czystość apartamentu, korytarzy i części wspólnych budynku, temperatura wewnątrz dostosowana do miesiąca kwietnia.
Zbyt mało kanałów TV - dla mnie bez znaczenia, mój pobyt to było wyciszenie - w zimie może być ważne po spacerach przy długich wieczorach.

Świetna lokalizacja mieszkania. Bardzo dobre wyposażenie, w kuchni wszystko co niezbędne. Cicho, spokojnie, ciepło.

Brak pralki, piekarnika, sofa pojedyncza porażka, sofa podwójna wylezana. Ogólnie brak komfortu w spaniu. Brak parkingu to największy minus.
