Great location in Dong van old town and adjacent to the local outdoor market. Hotel was clean with good lighting. There are many food options nearby.
The front of the hotel is a hotpot restaurant so the smell of food cooking may be around in the evening.

A homestay located in the heart of the Old Quarter. There are food stalls outside and the accommodation inside. The room is simple, bright, and reasonably clean. It is very convenient for walking around the Old Quarter in the evening.
Hot water is supplied by a water heater tank, which seems quite small. The hot water may run out before finishing a shower. If two people are staying and are not aware of this in advance, one person may unexpectedly end up with a cold shower. We used our own personal toiletries, so we cannot comment on the amenities provided.

Room was ok. Position is perfect.
The private bathroom was not clean and it had a lot of holes and tubes.
The quality/price ratio was bad. It is worth half of the price we paid.
