Quite country setting but only 45 minutes from Paris by train. Clean, efficient comfortable housing with plenty of room for the seven of us. Great value. Definitely recommend to everyone. I

Für unsere kleine Gruppe war die wunderschöne Unterkunft auf zwei Etagen optimal. Alles ist praktisch frisch renoviert und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, vom Wasserkocher über zwei Kaffeemaschinen (Kapselmaschine & Frenchpress) bis hin zu Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine ist alles vorhanden. Wer möchte, kann auch leckere Sachen wie naturtrüben Apfelsaft, Honig und Öl direkt vom Erzeuger erwerben. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es ist praktisch, dass jedes Zimmer eine eigene Dusche hat. (Nicht wundern, die ersten 7 Fotos zeigen die Ferienwohnung nebenan für 4 Personen, also das Wohnzimmer mit den grünen Stühlen und der schwarzen Küchenzeile, die beiden Zimmer mit Doppelbett und das Badezimmer mit Badewanne und rundem Fenster. Ab Bild 11 ist die größere Ferienwohnung für 7 Personen zu sehen.) Mit dem Auto braucht man etwa eine Viertelstunde zum Bahnhof (man sollte allerdings Zeit für die Parkplatzsuche einkalkulieren) und von dort mit der Bahn ca. 45 Minuten bis zum Stadtzentrum von Paris. Cécile ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und spricht sehr gutes Englisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Los propietarios muy amables, Cécile muy atenta. La casa está mejor que en las fotografias. Es espaciosa, acogedora muy luminosa y muy limpia. Tiene de todo para pasar una estancia para descansar y desconectar. La cocina tiene de todo lo que se pueda necesitar en cuanto a utensilios como electrodomésticos y practicamente nuevos. Las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. El entorno es ideal para descansar e ir en familia con niños. La ubicación es ideal para visitar París o Disney. Recomendado 100% Les propriétaires très aimables, Cécile très attentive. La maison est meilleure que dans les photographies. Elle est spacieuse, accueillante très lumineuse et très propre. Il a de tout pour passer un séjour pour se reposer et pour déconnecter. La cuisine a de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin en ce qui concerne des ustensiles comme appareils électroménagers et practiquement nouveaux. Les chambres très amples et confortables. L'environnement est idéal pour se reposer et pour aller chez une famille avec enfants. La situation est idéale pour visiter Paris ou Disney. Recommandée 100 %

This is a great place to stay if you like to be in a rural setting. The old farm is lovely and quiet. We enjoyed the walk from the Pontaly farm to Rennemoulin as an afternoon stroll. Delightful country. I was working in Versailles during this stay and found it an easy 10-15 min commute.

Lovely cottage near Paris

Ferme de Pontaly is a warm and special place where you can spend your holiday enjoying the countryside, horse riding or healthy living. And all that right beside Paris. We stood there with our three children and some family friends and we could easily get to our holiday locations (such as Paris, Versailles or Disneyland). It is also 10 minute ride to the famous Versailles which was a real surprise for us! Meanwhile, kids enjoyed meeting the beautiful horses of the farm. The house is spacious and fully equipped, there are three rooms with own bathrooms (which was quite a priviledge :). Although outside was a bit cold weather, we have had heated cosy rooms. Kitchen was new, ready for use and modernly structured with a dining place. In fact, all the place is a nice combination between modern and village style. Cecile, our host, was very nice and ready to help or answer all the questions regarding our stay. She offered an extra baby bed for our infant and directions concerning local supernarkets. Our stay was a real pleasure and I recomend this farm for families with several members or children.
