About this house rental
The Loft has a roof garden, perfect for dinners or barbecues with friends that makes it unique and spectacular.
The living room is large and decorated with typical rocks of the place, overlooking the veranda with a full-length glass window that surrounds the dining table.
The room is fresh and equipped with private bathroom, large and with Villeroy & Boch sanitary fittings, precious coverings and large shower with shower head. The sleeping area is inside the old Villa Bianca, a historic and protected building, from which the whole area took its name. There is also a large covered veranda, furnished with a glass and wrought iron table. The property includes a private courtyard of about 10 square meters and an exclusive fenced parking space.
The archipelago of La Maddalena and the island of Caprera (it is crossed by a bridge) is worth a visit, the sea is wonderful you can enjoy all our wonderful beaches or rocks, access to them is free.
It is located a stone's throw from the historic center of the city, 5 minutes from the arrival of the ferries, from Palau, on the spot it is possible to rent bicycles this property is ideal for those who love a vacation without a car, the means of transport are available on the spot for those arriving from Olbia by plane after about 2 hours can reach the house, on foot you will find everything you need. Superbe location , très bien situé, avec un parking (ce qui est vraiment pratique) tout équipé. Avons été très bien accueilli par Dina ( qui est d une gentillesse ) une très bonne expérience.

Bellissima e comoda sistemazione dotata di tutti i confort.Il parcheggio riservato e utilissimo.Fuori dalla confusione del centro ma raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti.
Dina ci ha assistiti e dato consigli risultati utilissimi,dai ristoranti ai negozi alle spiagge.Gentilissima.
Tornerei volentieri li.

Il loft rispetta esattamente le foto pubblicate, molto spazioso e particolare. Il patio e’ la parte che ho preferito! Ottima posizione e dotato di ogni confort. Lo consiglio sinceramente .

L'appartamento è situato ad 1 km dal centro della Maddalena in una zona molto tranquilla.
E' veramente carino, nuovissimo, arredato con gusto, perfettamente attrezzato per un piacevole soggiorno e corrisponde perfettamente alle foto che appaiono sul sito.
La sig.ra Dina, che gestisce l'appartamento per conto della sig.ra Elena, è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile.
