About this house rental
Large bright and fresh bedroom with double bed, furnished in a simple and modern style with 4-door wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. What makes the colorful LED lights unique to create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
The Loft has a roof garden, perfect for dinners or barbecues with friends that makes it unique and spectacular.
The living room is large and decorated with typical rocks of the place, overlooking the veranda with a full-length glass window that surrounds the dining table.
The room is fresh and equipped with private bathroom, large and with Villeroy & Boch sanitary fittings, precious coverings and large shower with shower head. The sleeping area is inside the old Villa Bianca, a historic and protected building, from which the whole area took its name. There is also a large covered veranda, furnished with a glass and wrought iron table. The property includes a private courtyard of about 10 square meters and an exclusive fenced parking space.
The archipelago of La Maddalena and the island of Caprera (it is crossed by a bridge) is worth a visit, the sea is wonderful you can enjoy all our wonderful beaches or rocks, access to them is free.
It is located a stone's throw from the historic center of the city, 5 minutes from the arrival of the ferries, from Palau, on the spot it is possible to rent bicycles this property is ideal for those who love a vacation without a car, the means of transport are available on the spot for those arriving from Olbia by plane after about 2 hours can reach the house, on foot you will find everything you need. Wir haben unsere zwei Urlaubswochen auf La Maddalena Ende September/Anfang Oktober 2020 sehr genossen.
Der Check-In mit Dina, einer Freundin von Elena, war sehr gut. Sie war immer für Fragen zu erreichen und stets sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.
Es gibt einige gut sortierte Supermärkte in der Nähe und einen Bäcker. Ein Auto ist ratsam, auch um die gesamte Insel erkunden zu können.
Im Inserat ist ein Geschirrspüler erwähnt. Dieser ist leider
nicht vorhanden. Wir hatten damit kein Problem, aber man sollte ihn aus der Beschreibung nehmen.
Mittlerweile wurde das beige Sofa gegen ein kleineres, blaues ausgetauscht und es sind dazu zwei separate Sesseln vorhanden. Diese Kombination sieht aber auch sehr schön aus.
Den beleuchteten Bilderrahmen im Schlafzimmer fanden wir toll. Man konnte mit einem Schalter zwischen verschiedenen Farben wählen und je nachdem wurde das gesamte Schlafzimmer in die gewählte Farbe eingehüllt.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und das Bad sehr schön.
Besonders haben wir auch die große Dachterrasse mit den Lounge-Möbeln und den Sonnenliegen genossen.
Sollten wir wieder einen Urlaub auf La Maddalena planen, dann würden wir sehr gerne wieder in dieser schönen Unterkunft wohnen.
