About this villa rental
An oasis of peace and luxury overlooking one of the most beautiful golf courses in the region. This delightful three bedroom villa is located within a secure residential area within the prestigious Country Club Golf de Saint Tropez - a top 18 hole, members-only golf course desgined by golf-pro Gary Player. The Golf Club is located in the beautiful hills above Saint Tropez, just a couple of minute's drive into Saint Tropez village and 15 minutes to the beaches of Pampleonne and Tahiti.
The villa is furnished and fitted to an exceptionally high standard to offer two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each with its en-suite bathroom or shower room. Downstairs there's a light and spacious living room, separate dining room with dining table to seat 10, and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen as well as guest cloakroom and utility room. From the kitchen you step outside into a fabulous outdoor dining terrace complete with enterntaining bar, family-sized Weber barbecue and covered dining area for those balmy, al fresco evenings. To one side is the swimming pool and sunny pool terrace. The south facing, 8 x 4.5 metre pool has an electric cover and can be heated between May-October. Completely private and not overlooked, the villa is surrounded by a lovely landscaped garden planted with flowering Mediterranean shrubs and plants and a small lawned area with comfy seating area overlooking the golf course.
The property is fully air-conditioned and has a security alarm and on-site parking for 3 cars.
