Alloggio comodissimo, completo di tutto quello che serve per passare una splendida settimana di vacanza, una vista magnifica con in sottofondo la musica del mare. Proprietari disponibili e cordiali, un piacere conoscerli. Parcheggio Comodo e la spiaggia sia libera che lido attrezzato a poca distanza, al termine di una breve discesa, con alcuni ristoranti direttamente in spiaggia. A pochi kilometri si trova il paese di Capoliveri, molto bello da visitare ,con tanti ristoranti e attività commerciali.

Panorama incantevole, pergolato e ampi spazi esterni estremamente piacevoli. Bella la spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi. Tranquillità al top.
Alcuni dettagli della casa avrebbero bisogno di un rinnovamento.

In una sola parola? Tutto. Posizione strepitosa con magnifica vista sul mare e con accesso a due minuti a piedi da mare. Il tutto immerso nella privacy. Casa curata, dotata di tutte le comodità ed i comfort con un meraviglioso gazebo e portico ed una praticissima doccia esterna calda. Ultimo, ma non per ultimo, la grande cordialità, gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario Francesco. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

L'ampia terrazza, la posizione (pochi minuti dal mare).
Il bungalow è definitivamente troppo piccolo per 4 adulti, soprattutto le camere da letto che risultano strette per persone di un'altezza da 1.80 in su. arredamento minimo. Pavimento instabile e ondeggiante; rumoroso ad ogni passo. Le maniglie delle porte mezze andate. Bagno da rivedere soprattutto la doccia !! Protezione anti-zanzare insufficiente.
