Die Lage ist genial - nahe an der Küste, aber auch nahe an Capoliveri. Der Vermieter sehr nett!

Die Lage und Aussicht der Villa ist fantastisch - einfach nur wow. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen. Alle wichtigen Utensilien in der Ferienwohnung vorhanden.
Unsere Bewertung ist für die Erdgeschoss-Wohnung links. Wir hatten leider eine unsagbar laute Schweizer Familie in der Ferienwohnung im 1.Stock über uns. Bis spät in die Nacht ein Stühle rücken und Laufen durch die Wohnung. Als hätten sie Fussball gespielt. Der Vermieter hat auch mal was gesagt. Zumindest war dann gegen 22 Uhr einigermaßen Ruhe. Es ist eine alte Villa, Schallschutz gibt es nicht. Die Küche ist etwas reingequetscht. Das Bad bedarf dringend einer Sanierung. Das 2te Schlafzimmer ist quasi eine Abstellkammer.

Außergewöhnlich bemühter und engagierter Vermieter. Wir hatten schon vor der Ankunft hervorragende Informationen bzgl. Anfahrt, Stränden in der Umgebung, Restaurantempfehlungen, Rabattcode für die Fähre etc... Hervorragende Betreuung und sofortige Hilfe bei Anfragen vor Ort. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns perfekt, in ruhiger Lage, traumhafter Ausblick auf's Meer, fußläufiges Erreichen drei verschiedener Strände.
Alles war perfekt!!! Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Am besten gefallen hat mir der wunderschöne Ausblick auf das Meer und der kleine Strand, den man in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Sehr großzügig sind auch die Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Es ist alles bestens und empfehlenswert, ich komme gerne wieder.
