Lage war sehr gut. Tram und Bus in der Nähe. Schnelle Verbindung zum Stadtzentrum. Gute Kommunikation.
Apartment ist nicht mehr sehr frisch. Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Wlan hat nur am ersten Abend funktioniert.

Die Lage ist top, das Haus trotzdem relativ ruhig und die Wohnung ist angenehm gross, verfügt über alle wichtigen elektrischen Geräte, Geschirrspüler und viel Stauraum für Kleidung und Koffer.
Die Grundsubstanz der Wohnung ist einfach abgewohnt: abgerissener Putz an der Wand, sehr viele Schleif- und Abnutzungsspuren an Wänden und auf dem Boden, lockere Parkettleisten, über die ich mehrfach gestolpert bin, Tisch mit einem Brandfleck, Schimmel am Badfenster etc. Es war aber grundsätzlich sehr sauber und diese Mängel lassen sich mit ein paar Renovierungsarbeiten sicher ausbessern, zudem war der Preis angemessen.
