Open plan air conditioned (reverse cycle) living, dine and kitchen with all the facilities you require. Living area with large flat screen TV and DVD player.

Main bathroom with shower, vanity, separate bath. Separate toilet. Laundry with washing machine and ironing facilities.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.

"One of the better holiday homes we stayed in, very neat and tidy. Just a few minutes drive into Victor Harbour. Ensuite to the main bedroom is a bonus. Main toilet is separate from the main bathroom which i like. Great Split system which works perfectly and heats the living room and hall way quickly. The street the house is in is a "Court" with no through traffic which makes it a very quiet house. Easily 5 stars. Recommended."

There's everything you need in the house! I bought things like,coffee,suger,glad wrap,paper towels, to find that I really didn't need to, as that was all supplied. It certainly is home away from home. Sooooooo refreshing that you dont need to take any linen! Not even towels,but only need to bring beach towels. Affordable which was amazing. The few things that made my decision to stay were, cost, cleanliness, linen was provided and location...The feedback i would give is if there was Wifi that would be a bonus but certainly not a deal breaker. Thank you so much and Cath you are amazing xx

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and really appreciated all the "extras" available that one needs in their own home. It truly was a home away from home with great walking trails nearby as well. Thankyou
