About this house rental
This spacious and recently remodeled 2 story cottage is 1/2 block from the beach. There is off-street, private parking. 4 Beach tags are provided.
Upstairs has two private bedrooms and one open space bedroom. Downstairs has a full kitchen and living room. Property includes beautiful private patio with grill, as well as a 2nd story private deck.
We are a family friendly property. We welcome adults age 25 and above, and their children/grandchildren. We do not accept high school or college groups.
Guest must provide their own bed linens and towels.

I really enjoyed my quiet stay at this lovely cottage. You can't beat being only 4 houses from the ocean. Loved watching the sun rises with morning coffee.

Truly the best stay in Seaside Park!!! The house is better in person the location is beyond perfect and the amenities get better and better!Kevin, is a unbelievable host that is on it ! He goes over and above to make sure his guests are comfortable,happy and everything runs smooth any issues handled immediately!!

Can't beat half a block from the beach! Comfortable beds. Relatively quiet neighborhood. Found grass for the dog a few blocks away. Prompt reply to questions from Kevin. Would stay again.

We’ve stayed at Kevin’s place before and had an awesome time. Absolutely perfect location ! Walk to beach ( very close) walk to boardwalk and attractions in seaside heights. House has everything you need and then some ! Bikes , grill , outdoor patio , upstairs patio ..: you name it ! Only regret is wish we were staying another week ! Thank you !
