About this house rental
This very charming unit has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and an enclosed porch. It also has a pull out couch and can sleep up to 8 people. Property includes a private front patio with picnic table, chairs and grill.
Our properties are family friendly. Renters age 25 and above, and their children/grandchildren are welcome. We do not accept high school or college groups.
Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels.

Wonderful location. Unit had all necessary amenities and was as better than the pictures. Washer and dryer, outdoor shower, beach towels were a plus. We had a great time!

I have stayed on this property more than once. Both times were pleasant and agood experience. I gave this propety a rating of 5 stars for location, price and cleanliness of the property. If you are looking for something upgraded and new this property will not meet your requirements. However it is clean and tidy and gives you a feeling of comfort while staying here. I would stay again.

We were able to have a nice, affordable vacation because of Kevin! The property was a perfect size with nice size bedrooms, an inclosed porch, useful backyard, and small laundry room. This was the most amenities I’ve ever been offered, ice already in the freezer, shampoo, laundry detergent, plenty of dishes and cooking tools, and chairs for the beach. The location is perfect, close enough for a walk to the boardwalk but not in the middle of all the chaos. Only a few houses from the beach too.
I will definitely be returning to this property! Thanks Kevin!!
