MAGNIFIQUE 3 P AVEC BALCON VUE PROXIMITE PLAGE

Unbeatable location, super close to the beach, old town, shops and restaurants. Very powerful AC that easily covers the whole apartment. The flat is well planned out and fully stocked. Fabulous stay for all.

This rental unit was exceptional. The host went out of his way to make our stay hassle free and pleasant. It was a nice change after working with rental agencies earlier on our trip. He originally agreed to let us drop our bags off early, but then had the place cleaned early as well. Host was highly communicative, always answering questions right away through booking.com, but also gave us his personal number so we could communicate with him directly. He allowed us to also check out late and leave our bags so we could continue enjoying our time in Antibes before our flight home. The rental was comfortable and had everything we needed. We were able to cook a few meals easily because there were enough pots and pans and utensils. There was even a BBQ we could use. The apartment was clean. The location is outstanding...view of the alps, harbor and a castle from the balcony....grocery store across the street, beach nearby, park, gym, old town...but away from the touristy bustle. Host allowed us to bring our dog and he liked the apartment too. This apartment was wonderful and we want to thank the host for a great stay.

The only thing we didn't like is that we had to go home.

Un formidable séjour dans ce magnifique appartement avec balcon et grand soleil. L’emplacement est exceptionnel tout est a mois de 5 mn a pied plage, marché provençal, excellents restaurants. J’avais déjà loué plusieurs fois dans le vieil antibes et ce fut de loin le plus bel appartement .Notre hôte a été formidable bref j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir , et le recommande vivement.

Rien tout parfait

The location was great. Air conditioning worked well. Handy man was an excellent ambassador for the rental. Had to call him on more than one occasion because of problems we encountered.

The condition of the apartment: slats broken in one of the beds, water dripping down the kitchen counter from apartment above, chair legs wobbly, coffee table had a leg that was just set in place, bugs splattered on walls, and large water stain on wall.
