River location with sweeping views of the Woodstock Middle Covered Bridge and Mount Tom from all back rooms. Fully equipped kitchen, and gracious dining room to host your Thanksgiving, Christmas or holiday dinner.
Directly across from Woodstock Inn. Perfect for people who need kitchen and living areas. Close to Killington, Pico, Suicide Six Ski areas. Walk to trails on MT Tom and Mt Peg.
No Parties or Hosted or Catered Events are allowed. No unsupervised children on the terrace.
Back terrace and stairs down are uneven stone and pebbles. Not suitable for young children, elderly or others with unsure footing. Back terrace is not maintained during winter/snow months and not accessible.

It was a real treat to stay at this house. It is beautifully decorated and has outstanding artwork. It's also very cozy. The location is great. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and nice.

We rented the house for a month and everything was great. Loved the location and the river out back. We even had a view of Mt Tom from the kitchen. There was a farmers market each Wednesday with live music that filled the house. We walked to town for breakfast and sunrise hikes. Location is amazing, did I say that already?The road is busy until about 4pm. Trucks begin rolling by around 2 am. The back bedrooms are quiet, don’t hear a thing. The front ones hear everything. Only mention in case someone is looking for a lot of quiet. Some road noise is the trade for convenience to town. Was not an issue for us at all.Overall would stay there again in a heartbeat. Enjoy.
