🔷FIRST FLOOR🔷 Built for quality family enjoyment. Everyone can relax in the spacious living room and enjoy family time watching movies with all the premium channels around the cozy fireplace.
Steps away the family room is full of games to keep everyone entertained and having fun.
🥗 Enjoy warm meals cooked in a kitchen that would make the fussiest chef glow. The formal dining room is spacious, sun-lit and designed for a warm family feel, with seating for 8.
🌳Need a break from humans? This secluded home is an ideal natural getaway with the outdoor jacuzzi and barbecue, the home burrowed is in rolling greens and breathtaking natural views.
🛏 Spacious and sunny downstairs bedroom with full bathroom and luxury Brooklinen bedding, for a well-rested retreat. This is perfect for any family member that needs easier access.
🔷SECOND FLOOR🔷 The rest and restoration space. Three huge, private bedrooms. The master bedroom has a regal en-suite bathroom and the finest, plush bedding for the king-size bed.
The remaining two rooms are just as comfortable -- both with queen-sized beds and large windows overlooking calming nature.
The second floor has an additional shared bathroom to comfortably accommodate every family member.
🔷ADDITIONAL GUEST HOUSE AVAILABLE🔷 If you need a separate oasis for rest or restoration, we have a guest house separate from the main house available with room for 2 people. Please reserve this space in advance. This increases capacity to 10.

Please note you are booking a home versus a hotel. Homes are imperfect. Not every window will be operational but plenty will, not everything will be curated in the way a hotel would be.
You might see outdoor service people during your stay such as gardeners and we have entry point outdoor security cameras outside the front door and garage. No cameras are inside the home.

This was a wonderful stay with enjoyable comforts and great service. We appreciated the incredible swimming pond, relaxed Vermont atmosphere and privacy. The location is very beautiful with plenty of space to explore, and relax.

A totally beautiful property, close to Woodstock and very close to wonderful hiking trails on Mt. Tom. The spring-fed pond was a delight to swim in, and the property manager, Ben, was responsive and helpful with all of our questions. I would definitely recommend making reservations at the local restaurants before coming. Our favorites included Sante, Oakes & Evelyn, Worthy Kitchen and Simon Pearce (Quechee).

What a great stay! My family and I had a wonderful week and this home and location was the perfect fit for us. It had more than enough room for our family of 5 (still had 2 empty beds) and everything we needed to feel at home. The show stopper is this home’s property. It was so nice to see the kids outside and away from screen time. They had an absolute blast. It was quiet and peaceful and you feel pretty secluded up that hill, yet you’re so close to everything in town and it was a great launch point for day trips. It was our first time in Vermont and we were so happy this is the spot we picked.

The owner was so pleasant to chat with and tended to questions promptly. There were features in the listing that were not part of the rental. There is no pond as pictured. Grill available for use had no gas tank, but the owner had one sent over quickly. The outdoor shower did not operate, remotes to television and speaker/music system were not there so we could not utilize the tv or the speaker system. Many burnt out lightbulbs so several lights didn’t work. Inside of home was meticulously cleaned, but outside could have used some TLC. One broken front porch fan. Although there may be plenty to complain about the location can’t be beat. Peaceful, private, and overall, a dream retreat.
