Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a property with two master bedroom suites, this home has all the convenience of being in downtown, without the hustle and bustle of big city life. Come and relax as you tour the famous wine country of Paso Robles, or simply enjoy the many events held annually in the area. Lewis Loft is a charming upstairs unit built in 2010, with a second full bedroom suite recently added downstairs. Just three blocks from the heart of downtown and located in the Historic Vine Street district of Paso Robles any brief walk down the street will expose you to many historic structures from the early days. It sits behind and was built on the same property as The Historic Victorian Eppinger/Lewis House that was built in 1889. Another short walk to the down town of Paso Robles where you can enjoy the dining, entertainment and unique shopping boutiques, or just a quiet stroll through the park. You can pick up some fresh local farm goods and items from the Farmers Market in the park on Saturday mornings and Tuesday afternoons. This property is a two bedroom/two bath condo, with a walk-in closet, queen sofa sleeper and TV in the upstairs living area. It has a kitchen, stacked washer/dryer and is set up for internet with a desk for your convenience. The loft has a private indoor staircase with an intercom to the outside front door, for security. We have supplied it with extra bedding and cooking needs for extended stays. City Permit #STR19-0068. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***
