Detached recreation bungalow in Sint Maartensvlotbrug, North Holland is located on the edge of the park.
This 5-person holiday home has recently been completely renovated and modernized and completely furnished in Riviera Maison style. The bungalow has a bathroom, modern open kitchen and three bedrooms. Around the house is a spacious enclosed garden of approx. 500 m2 and you can enjoy the space and tranquility, there is always a place in or out of the sun. Garden furniture is provided in the garden and the south-facing main terrace has a windbreak. Parking space next to the bungalow, suitable for two cars. The bungalow park has a lovely playground for the children with, among other things, a slide, swing and merry-go-round.

Entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower (90x90), washbasin (furniture) with socket and toilet. Open kitchen stainless steel sink, refrigerator with freezer, combi microwave and induction hob, Senseo, coffee machine and kettle.

The bungalow also has underfloor heating, a second flat screen TV in the bedroom, large round garden table with garden chairs with cushions, 3 white garden (beach) chairs and two sun beds. The bungalow is equipped for max. 5 persons.

The park is located on the Belkmerweg, ideal t. o.v. the supermarket (200m), the bus stop (400m), the heated swimming pool (300m) with sauna, tennis courts, miniature golf and bicycle rental, Het forest Het Wildrijk (300m). And 1000m from the dunes and recreation park De Goudvis. The beach is at 2000 m. The cozy seaside resorts of Callantsoog and Petten are also within cycling distance.

Sint Maartensvlotbrug is a village in the municipality of Schagen, in the province of North Holland. Sint Maartensvlotbrug was created as a core after a raft bridge was laid in the Noord Hollandsch Kanaal. It has since grown into a small, versatile village.
The bungalow park is located near the nature reserve Het Wildrijk - known for the thousands of wild hyacinths that bloom there and for the Duinrellen project that provides the area with clean water from the dunes.
You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes through the beautiful dune area. Sint Maartenszee beach is one of the cleanest beaches in the Netherlands. A unique wide sandy beach with a real family atmosphere. Here are two beach pavilions where you can enjoy a romantic sunset while sipping a glass of rosé. A beach pavilion remains open all year round, so that you can enjoy the high waves during an autumn storm while enjoying a cup of steaming chocolate milk. The children can romp in the De Goudvis amusement park, while the parents enjoy the sun on the nearby terrace. Near the village there is also one of the polder mills of the Zijpe and Hazepolder, the Noorder M.
Tulips, daffodils, hyacinths and other bulbous flowers
In the spring it looks magical near St. Maartensvlotbrug. It is a true splendor of colors when the crocus, daffodil, hyacinth and tulip fields bloom in succession. You imagine yourself in a painting by an old Dutch master when you cycle along the fields. We recommend the experience park Fluwels Tulpenland in the Belkmerweg. The history of the tulip bulb is creatively portrayed on the basis of a circuit. At the end of your journey of discovery, you can relax with a snack and drink in the coffee barn. Or you can score a nice souvenir in the well-equipped souvenir shop.
In St. Maartenszee there are several restaurants, shops and nightlife. There is a trunk market every Monday through April through October.

Es gibt beim1 Bettzimmer wohl ein Wespennest.Bei der Ankunft lagen 6 tote Wespen auf Boden+ Fensterbrett,vor dem Zubettgehen nochmal 6 Wespen,die wir rausbrachten.
in der Nacht stach mich 1 Wespe in die rechte Hand.
Die übereinander liegenden Matratzen des 1 Bettzimmers waren für uns Erwachsene zu schmal/90cm +wir mußten sie auf den Boden legen,da ich durch das zu bewegliche Eisenrost drunter nachts
wie in einer Hängematte mit der zu weichen,dicken Matratze hing,weil mein Mann die Matratze der Etage drunter nahm .

Tolle, gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit Garten. Den Strand erreicht man in 10 Minuten mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern.
Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Wir haben uns über den Willkommenswein und die Süßigkeit sehr gefreut und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern (6 und 3 Jahre) für eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Es liegt in einem Bungalowpark, ist ruhig gelegen, top modern eingerichtet, hat einen riesigen Garten und war wirklich wundervoll.
Das Haus ist ganz toll im Landhausstil eingerichtet, super Wohlfühlatmosphere. Es bietet ein modernes und schickes Badezimmer, eine Küche mit Filterkaffeemaschine und Senseomaschine, Induktionskochfeld, moderner Ofen mit Touchdisplay und Mikrowellenfunktion, eine leise und leistungsfähige Spülmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Es ist alles an Töpfen, Schüsseln und Geschirr vorhanden, was man braucht, auch wenn man mal mehr als 4 Leute ist.
Insgesamt gibt es drei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett, eines mit Einzelbett und eines mit Hochbett. Perfekt für die Kids.
Highspeed Wlan ist im Haus verfügbar. Ein Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und einer im Hauptschlafzimmer ebenfalls.
Im Wohnzimmer gab es sogar Brett- und Gesellschaftsspiele, die wir auch mit den Kindern zusammen spielen konnten.
Der Garten des Hauses ist absolute Spitze. Er ist sehr groß und es ist alles da was man braucht. Mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten, Liegen, ein Gartenhaus mit Garten- und Strandspielzeug für die Kinder, ein Grill mit Grillbesteck, ja sogar 2 Fahrräder für Erwachsene und eines für größere Kinder gehören zu der Ausstattung dazu. Wir nutzen die Räder um an den Strand zu kommen und die Einkäufe zu erledigen. Perfekt. Kinder bis 8 Jahre sollten jedoch Ihre eigenen Räder mitbringen. Es gibt sogar 2 Fahrradsitze für Kinder in dem Gartenhaus, da wir jedoch unseren eigenen dabei hatten, weiss ich nicht, ob die auch wirklich auf die Räder draufpassen.
Direkt gegenüber des Eingangs des Bungalowparks liegt ein Supermarkt, sodass die Lebensmitteleinkäufe und das morgendliche Brötchenholen perfekt klappen.
Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen, auch über Whatsapp, wenn mal was sein sollte, aber bei unserem Aufenthalt war alles perfekt.
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus, und können das uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.
