About this house rental

This 2- to 5-person bungalow with 2 bedrooms is located on the coast of St. Maartenszee in North Holland. The vacation home has parking for 2 cars and a very large, south-facing garden totaling 450 m².
Ideal for families with children.

The property is equipped with a
Washing machine / Microwave / Oven / Coffee maker / Senseo / TV / Kitchen utensils / Dinnerware, glasses / Pans / Central heating system, and a dishwasher are provided.
Patio furniture, cushions, and a garden table are provided.

Please bring your own bedding, dish towels, bath towels, and dishcloths.
2 single beds, 1 single bed, and 1 bunk bed.

Check-in at 3:00 PM / Check-out at 9:30 AM = Saturday.

Bei Anreise musste das Auto vor der Schranke bleiben und man musste zum Haus gehen um den Schlüssel aus dem Schlüsselkasten zu holen. Dieser ließ sich aber nicht einfach öffnen, klemmte. Durch freundliche, zufällige Hilfe gelang es dann doch noch den Schlüssel zu entnehmen. Einen Ansprechpartnet vor Ort gibt es nicht. Das Haus ist insgesamt in einem desolaten Zustand, sowohl Decken, als auch Wände, Laminat, Bad und Toilette sind dringend renovierungs- bzw. erneuerungsbedürftig. Das Mobiliar sowie das Geschirr sind wild zusammen gewürfelt. Die Arbeitsbeleuchtung in der Küche ist halb abgerissen, die Ringe der Herdplattem alle an mehreren Stellen gerissen, so dass man immer mit dem Wischlappen hängen bleibt. Unter den Betten und in den Ecken war es schmutzig und es gab sehr viele Mitbewohner (Spinnen).... Der Garten ist nicht eingezäunt, sondern nur durch Büsche vor fremden Blicken geschützt, ein Tor zur "Straße"gibt es nicht (offene Einfahrt), somit also kein sicherer Garten für Hunde. Das schöne Wetter und der Nordseestrand haben dafür gesorgt, dass es doch noch ein recht schöner Urlaub war.
