Nice and quiet room. Excellent breakfast but to much focused on healthy food, I rather prefer “normal” continental breakfast and not to be “requested” to eat the “house fruit salad”.

Big dog in house and kitchen, and sometimes barking. Not enough light in room. Some dust on furniture and fridge not clean. Property far away from any restaurant and activities (month of May 2025)

Authentic, expectional, welcoming, a true delight.

A period guest house retaining many characteristics from the late 1600’s, while being modernised for comfort. A truly dedicated and passionate owner we felt so very welcome with our personal tour of the house and garden. The breakfast is incredible, with a beautiful setting, and we woke up to the aroma of baking, another passion of the owner. Stay here for an exceptional and truly authentic experience. We highly recommend.

Blainville not what we expected but location ok and nice walk down to the beach where there was a bar and food The host was absolutely lovely and breakfast very nice

From booking. com it is portrayed as a hotel but really is a Chambred de hote Could have provided small hand towels as well as bath towels and although advertised as tea/ coffee provided there was a small machine but no cups, milk or sugar

Very pleasant and Enjoyable stay in the North of France

We had a wonderful stay, a family of 3 with our 12-year-old son, at Magda's place. Our host so so much cheerful and joyful and always smiling and ready to help and guide on any queries. She was very attentive to every detail and asked us what we like for the breakfasts & prepared all that we wanted and more (Because of our lack of knowledge of the cooking we wasted some of the food during our 1st-day breakfast unfortunately but we discussed about it and the next day it was changed) It was such a nice place and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Our son wants to go back there and stay for a week at least. Some of the details about the property which was built in 1680! - Bed and sheets, pillows and duvets were really cozy and the nights were really quiet - Huge backyard in the back with a lot of parking space - Nice garden with lot many varieties of flowers and plants - A fitness room (was being painted while we were there) - And a really cute and wonderful labrador called Pixel, whose company our son enjoyed a lot! - Owner of the place is one of the most hospitable we have come across, we even had a stroll on one evening and Magda showed us around including a villa constructed in the 16th Century! - Lastly, the place is near to some of the best places in Normandy This place is nothing short of magical and even if you don't have anything else to do around the place, it is worthwhile to just stay at this place and roam around the back garden and relax. If I really have to pick for making the place even better: - An electric exhaust fan in the bathroom would help & - Sensor lights on the first floor rather than switching them ON as we walk may be helpful (again, this is just a thought)

Exceptional

Extremely characterful property. Magda was an excellent host, helpful, sociable, went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable.Delicious breakfast. Lovely garden. Shared kitchen for guests was in a building in the garden with fridge, small oven, 1 ring hob and sink. Very useful for preparing simple meals. Gym is also in separate building with range of equipment. Our room was large, bathroom was very clean. There are restaurants within walking distance but some only open on a weekend: La Cale has great atmosphere, Le Grand Hebet had good food and view. L'athome was fantastic but limited food and friendly atmosphere. More restaurants in Agon-Coutenville. Lots of Chateaux, Abbeys, Coastline and Beaches withing a short drive. Would also make a great stopover place. Magda also has a very friendly black labrador who is only out accompanied in the garden, but he does like to pinch things!

Séjour dans une très belle bâtisse avec accueil chaleureux.

La personne qui nous a accueillis est très gentille, elle se met en quatre pour nous satisfaire, elle a beaucoup de connaissances et c'est très agréable de discuter avec elle.

Juste un léger problème mais ça ne concerne que moi : il y a un escalier pour monter à l'étage en pierre qui est un peu raide et comme j'ai un problème avec une jambe... mais en faisant très attention ça va.

Magda, die Dame, die die Unterkunft betreibt, ist einfach nur herzlich und humorvoll. Jedes Zimmer ist individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Frühstück war super, z.T. mit selbstgebackenen Zutaten. Sogar individuelle Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Gerne wieder.

La chambre est très belle, propre et décorée avec beaucoup de soin, ce qui la rend chaleureuse et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et entièrement fait maison. Il y a un grand jardin, parfait pour se détendre, ainsi que le parking spacieux, très pratique. L’entrée indépendante permet de profiter du séjour en toute liberté. La propriétaire de ces lieux est attentionnée et à l’écoute. Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir !

Magnifique port d'attache.

Un accueil chaleureux, un calme olympien et biensur toute la Normandie et ses plages. Nous avons passé un long week-end sur ce port d'attache. Les Roses1680 on y revient!!!!

Jolie maison.

Magda est devenue membre de notre famille. Nous l'avons tous beaucoup aimée. Magda et son hospitalité, sa gentillesse, ses soins, c'est mieux qu'à la maison. Tout ce qu'elle fait est fait avec beaucoup d'amour et de chaleur!!! Nous sommes tous sûrs que mieux que Magda, nous n'avons pas été en vacances en Europe ou en Amérique. Merci beaucoup Magda.

Un petit coin de verdure en bord de mer

La salade de fruits . Le lieu, le jardin .

Un peu trop chargé en dessert, on aurait aimé des pains spéciaux ou des viennoiseries et moins de gâteaux. Alors ce n’est que mon ressenti personnel, la musique classique imposée, on aime ou pas. On me demande ce que je n’ai pas apprécié , juste que le matin j’aime le silence et après le petit déjeuner, je veux bien discuter au contraire. Sinon le lieu est magnifique.

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, viennoiseries, gâteaux et salade de fruits réalisés par la maîtresse de maison, un vrai bonheur d'être réveillé par la bonne odeur du gâteau qui cuit dans le four!

Les chambres sont spacieuses, la décoration est particulièrement soignée, le petit déjeuner est copieux, les produits sont frais, c'est un vrai régal, et les hôtes très agréables et aux petits soins.
