Our first time staying at a Brit Hotel. The staff, even the ones that did not speak English were extremely friendly and helpful. A special commendation to Elise who went above and beyond to help us. Room and food very good for the price. Great value for money. We will definitely stay again if we need accommodation in the area.

Unfortunately what the Hotels website fails to make clear for this hotel is that it is tailored to suit guests arriving on Monday and leaving before the weekend. The room was comfortable but the restaurant, one of the reasons I booked this hotel, was closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday and Sunday apart from a couple of hours in the morning, the reception was not manned and there was no housekeeping in the room on those two days.

My Bf and I stayed in this hotel and our experience was fantastic. Eloise who is the assistant manager gave us the best service to make us feel like we are in home. All staff are super friendly. They treat customer with high service standards.

The hotel is named Brit Hotel but the staff don't speak or understand much English. Workers should realize that by choosing to work in a servicing business, they shall better equip themselves with the minimal skills. Despite that, they are overall friendly.

We enjoyed a very quiet one-night stay in this lovely Hotel. Very clean. Enjoyed a good evening meal with very prompt service. Shower gel needed refilling and we were promptly sorted out by the lady at reception.
