Location was perfect. We were able to walk to every where we wanted to see and experience. The apartment was also nicely appointed and thoughtfully furnished. We had everything we needed for a two night stay.

The upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy late at night. Walking back and forth across the floor, in high heels. Right above the bedroom.

The location in the old city was great - we walked to most attractions we wanted to see. There was a tourist office nearby and it was easy to book and meet tours. The large terrace was our favorite part and we had our coffee there daily and rested there in the evenings. The last day is was too cold to use the terrace though.

.Great place in the heart of Centro storico. the location and the apartment itself really gives a sense of being a local. just few steps from the lively via Benedetto Croce and 500 meters from beautiful piazza Dante and the fish market across the road from it.the street itself is also very nice and the balcony of the apartment located just opposite of Enrico Carusos (O sole mio) balcony. the rooms are big and the apartment is spacious everything is just as described and better.Roberta in making sure all the check in and check out procedure will be easy and efficient and Anna which was exceptionally helpful in all things needed throughout our staying were both really nice and friendly.also,taxi from and to the airport in Napoly turns out to be a rather complicated issue and Ilbricco has the best driver in Napoly,both skills and punctuality wise,Signor Rino Cugino.he is also very fair in price and charges around half or even one third of the price charged when ordering online.highly and warmly recommended

It is right in the heart of the spacanapoli.. it's a vibrant district. Close to lots of the places. Generally clean place with a nice terrace. There was some breakfast stuff left there which was appreciated.

The power in the house is a bit funny like many older Italian homes.. you can't run all the AC units and use the kettle for e.g. otherwise the power will trip. They told me at check in don't turn on too many appliances at the same time.. but use the kettle and the AC? Seems a bit much really.. I get it if it's the toaster and washing machine and kettle type of thing. Anyways. After some frustration we got it back o n and the rest of the stay was good. The neighbour is a bit grumpy and told us to close the door quietly.. but just the once then we were very quiet. they need a bit of maintenance.. shower ensuite is a bit dodgy and one head doesn't work. Naples in general is quite different to the rest of Italy we saw. It's a bit smelly and dirty.. UPDATE - in response to the comments we got -I woudl liek to clarify we had put all dishes cups and glasses away and thos which were used were in the dishwasher which we turned on as a courtesy as well. All of our towels that were used we placed in the bathroom as well. I was hihglighting the pwoer issue because it was badly communicated - we had 3 x ac on and used the kettle, not the oven and iron and things as well. I had even asked on cehck in, about this - but they just said, don't turn on too many devices.. so it shoudl be clear, if the 3 x AC units are on, you cant use another appliance. I even asked them to show me where the trip switch was in case something happened but the lady doing our check in sai, just call if any issue. Then it did happen(because of lack of information given to us) and i couldnt reach the host for some time. eventually i got it sorted out after having to find the key(not in the place I was told) and after being shouted at by the rude neighbour because the door closed loudly?. So my rating is nothign to do with the city but about our expericne at the apartment.
