I’m so glad that we didn’t pay attention to the reviews and booked the place. We got the Botticelli room or studio. It was great for a girls trip with a big space for both of us. Cleaning supplies were provided and air conditioning was perfect for the heat. The location is amazing as we got to see everything from this side of Firenze like Michelangelo mirador. The bus station is close and straightforward.

Carla's place was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly as described. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and check-in was seamless. The accommodation met our expectations in every way. Although we didn't end up using it, the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware.
The apartment is located a bit outside the historic city center, about a 30–40 minute walk from many of the main attractions. Public transportation was available nearby, though we found the local bus system a little less intuitive to navigate than most.

We rented an apartment with a kitchen because I like to cook. There is a communal kitchen as well if you rent a room only. The apartment was extremely nice for 2 people and overlooked a little courtyard. It is about a 2 mile walk from the center of Florence. Most of the walk is along the river Arno, which is very scenic. You can also take bus 23 to the center—the stop is at the top of the street to the right. We really enjoyed it! Grazie tante!

No problem with the check-in. The location was OK ( about 15 minutes by bus to the center).
The public transport (only bus from the flat) is rare in the evening so you have to wait more. There are dead and alive mosquitos everywhere in the flat.
There is only 3 Windows on the roof above and you cant open them so there is no fresh air inside. So if you want to cook smt you might regret it later on.
The flat is for 3 people and we were 3 but only 2 chairs to sit.
The curtain in the main bedroom cant be opened son you dont have natural light inside.
