• The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $200 - $500 fine.

• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. .
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.

Wonderful apartment in an easy location to get everywhere you want to walk to. Hop on streetcar or grab a bike and we were able to get all over the city. Owners were available and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The location was amazing. The condo was very spacious. It was loud with street noise, but we knew this when we booked. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay from the time of check-in to check-out. The property is centrally located and walking distance to canal street, riverwalk, superdome, etc. While parking is not on-site we found ease in the use of the lots that were provided by the owners. The space is CLEAN! I am picky when it comes to lodging and this place was 5+ stars. I will definitely stay again.
