About this house rental
This reversed living home is just steps away from the beach. Fully furnished 2100 square foot house is on a ocean block of Ship Bottom on LBI. Family friendly. The house sleeps 10 people easily.The four bedrooms will sleep up to 9 people. 1 additional can sleep on a full size pull out sofa in the family room. You have a fully equipped kitchen along with coffee maker, blender, toaster and convection/microwave oven. To make it easier there's an indoor washer and dryer located on the first floor.
The master bedroom has queen size bed and huge bathroom, along with a balcony deck and three piece patio set. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two twins with one trundle bed. Fourth bedroom has two twins. Additionally, the 1st floor family room as a full size pull out sofa.
Located on the first floor is a family room, outside sitting area with large patio furniture. There is full hallway bathroom for the 3 bedrooms.
Located on the second floor is an open kitchen; living and dining area. Dining table sits 8 comfortably and there is room for 4 at the counter. Steps from the living room leads to an ocean view outside deck with patio table, seating area and Weber grill. Master Bedroom and half bath is also located on the second floor.
There are 2 flat screen TVs in the house. A large 60' TV is located in the first floor family room and a 50' TV is located in the second floor living room.
For additional entertainment we have ping pong table and games located on the ground level.
There is an outside shower for when you return from the beach.
You can easily cook-in after a long day on the beach or you can go to dozens of restaurants within walking distance of the house. Additionally you can drive to Beach Haven, (approximately 15 minutes) for a fun night of arcades, shopping or theater. Mini golf course in walking distance from the house.
The beach entrance is easily accessible at the end of the block. Don’t need to cross any streets!
We start the season with 6 beach tags and beach chairs. Children under 12 do not need beach tags.
Sorry, we do not rent for post proms or other parties.*Please note there will be an additional $1000 ($2000 in total) added onto the refundable security deposit from the period April to June.
All adult renters must be over 25 years old. This is a non-smoking, no pet house.
***There is a 3 night rental minimum during non-prime seasonal weeks. Minimum rental $1,800 plus applicable fees.
While linens are not included in the rental, you can rent bed and bath linens for the week from various services on LBI.

Great beach vacation for my family and extended family. Wonderful location on the same block as the beach. The house is lovely. Plenty of space for the 9 of us to comfortably stay. Several balconies to enjoy the ocean breeze. Two kitchens! Hoping to stay there again in the future!
