About this cottage rental
If you like island living and are seeking a unique romantic get-a-way, you will LOVE our property. With a Caribbean/surfing theme you will be able to enjoy your stay with us in a private setting. Our ADULT ONLY cozy cottage has two rooms but all you need to relax and unwind. The outside area has tropical trees along the pathway to our pool and sun deck for your enjoyment. Music is also an added pleasure around the pool area with outdoor sound system. The garden shower (and only shower) is just outside the cottage doors, completely private and unique as you can see in the photos. Our guests have a private entrance to the cottage on the back of the property. There is a cozy porch with Adirondack chairs for relaxing. Bicycles, Beach chairs, surfboard, and cooler are provided for your beach fun. The property is located behind our home on a quiet cul-de-sac with no noise except for the songbirds chirping in the mornings. Short 10 minute drive to either Folly Beach or to downtown historic Charleston. We have many guests celebrate honeymoons, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, and other Charleston events throughout the year. A long list of things to do as well as favorite restaurants are provided by past guests as well as family and friends. Our pool is unheated and located behind the main home and being the only guests, you will be able to enjoy it on your own. We have a strict no-pet policy so please do not ask for an exception. We had a very smooth process. The host’s were amazing and prompt to get back to us. Great location and many places to visit, shop, eat, drink or beach! The property is clean, quaint, and relaxing. The pool is beautiful! Love the outdoor seating and ambiance! Very accommodating with the beach accessories, kitchen, coffee, and all things you could think of. Will return

This little cottage was absolutely charming! From the moment we arrived, it felt cozy, welcoming, and full of character. The decor was cute and thoughtfully done, making it feel like a peaceful home away from home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the quiet atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience! It was the perfect beachy bungalow, and the hosts were so responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect as well, as you're right near both the beach and downtown Charleston.

We loved Ken and Christine. They’re so sweet and chill. They had all the beach stuff you could need !! It’s a little pricey for the amenities you’re getting though. It is indeed a shared pool. Not private. The bed was not as comfortable as I thought it would be. Overall we’re super chill about where we stay. Just a few things to consider.
