IT'S ALL ABOUT THE VIEWS....and LOCATION....and COMFORT!! This is a condo with a cottage feel and decor that captures the beach. We've got it all! Come relax with a well-deserved vacation ON the Beach! Perched on the third floor (there is no elevator in the complex), the condo has the perfect panoramic view from pier to pier. It's close enough to all the exciting action at the boardwalk, yet far enough away from the crowds to provide peace and quiet.
What more could you ask for? Your stay will be unforgettable and effortless because this spacious condo, full of light, has everything you need for a stress-free, fun getaway for the entire family. ALL paper goods and basic kitchen supplies are provided....including the coffee!) The well-stocked kitchen, with breakfast bar and dining area, is flooded with beach and ocean views. The colorful, beachy bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably. Linens, towels and beach towels are all INCLUDED at no additional charge.
Your extraordinary views of the ocean, from every room, will provide hours of enjoyment while you watch the pelicans, sea gulls, shore birds, and porpoise (and maybe even a whale!) . Allow your senses to be awakened by the ocean breeze. You'll love the tall chairs and tall stools on the balcony so you can see OVER the railing instead of through it! You feel like you're right ON the beach!!
Our storage closet next to the private beach walkway is full of goodies that will take away the worries of purchases and will save you money! You'll find visors, a cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, and boogie boards. There are 2 community pools (cleaned every day during season) and 4 outdoor showers. Pools are open May-October. Carport parking for maximum of two vehicles.
Carolina Beach offers an array of entertainment, restaurants and shopping. The Tiki Bar/Pier on the beach is just steps away. Directly across the street you'll find outdoor casual dining for pizza, cobbler, and seafood.
Spend your days by the water and your evenings at the Boardwalk! Live music at the Gazebo. Family night. Bingo. Free fireworks over the ocean on Thursdays, during the summer, can be seen right from the balcony! Fudge, ice cream, sweet treats....seafood and oysters, pizza, barbeque...all within walking distance. And don't miss the variety of unique shoppes.
The Ft. Fisher aquarium, Ft. Fisher Museum and Historic Site, and the Ferry to Southport are only a 5 minute drive down the beach. The location of the condo was just as advertised and provided a great view. We were able to take advantage of the beach and local entertainment to much delight. Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy Carolina Beach.

The views were great. Listening to the waves can hypnotize you. They weren't so rough that mom and dad couldn't bring the kids in, Beautiful and relaxing beach. Cozy,clean apartment with everything we needed.

Stunning beach view from front balcony. It was a quiet spot, which we really enjoyed. Climbing up and down from the third floor was slightly daunting for these 68-year-old ladies, but we managed. The spiral staircase to the loft area is also better climbed with younger legs. Location is in walking distance to ice cream shops and several restaurants. We loved every minute of our time on the front and side porch areas. I would recommend offering more than one fob to get on the beach, as it made for some tricky timing for both of us--if one person wanted to walk the beach, the other one would have go 3 floors down to unlock the gate if she wanted to go a little later-- it was just inconvenient. Lots of games, DVDs, videos and books. Everything was thought of in terms of extras. Great communication with host.

We had a wonderful stay. The views are lovely and the condo is well-stocked with everything you might need from beach towels to binoculars. I had imagined that the photos might be overselling the beauty of the space but they were not! It is a gem.
