The living rooms of the house being on the first floor, the accommodation also has a balcony of 9 m2 exposed (south / east), very pleasant, in addition to the terrace of 25 m2 semi-shaded with gas barbecue.
The house is located at the intersection of the towns of Castelet, beausset and signs, at an altitude of 450m enjoying cooler nights which makes the house cool despite its lack of air conditioning.
The garden has an area of one hectare with a 7M / 3 swimming pool. 5M, deckchairs, parasols, swing, hut, slide, trampoline, pétanque track.
Large private and secure parking.
The entire property is fenced with access to an electric gate and code keypad.
As an owner, we occupy this house only for our holidays and in a new part that we do not distinguish on the photos and which is not rented, only the swimming pool would be to share with ourselves, in case our vacation would coincide with yours.
Our animal friends are allowed.

Fantastic setting near the famous mid-evil villages and short drive to the French Riviera. Property has a nice pool and close proximity to great restaurants. And Very close to Paul Ricard race circuit We hope to return.
