About this cabin rental

Gorgeous, secluded log cabin set on a flat, grassy lawn w/ amazing outdoor fire pit and multiple picnic tables + seating on 17 wooded acres located in Western Pennsylvania. Our property suits guests through every beautiful season! Whether booked as a family getaway, romantic endeavor, writer's retreat or another desired use - our cabin comes ready to suite your needs! With central air, gas heat, and new appliances in the kitchen including a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, this private log home comfortably sleeps 8 adults. Three bedrooms on the first floor comprise of a large primary bedroom w/ queen size bed, queen bed in 2nd bedroom & full bed in 3rd bedroom. The 4th, large bedroom is located in the second story, vaulted ceiling loft and features both a queen and full bed. There are two full bathrooms, one per level. Living room has a raised hearth, stone gas fireplace and plenty of seating, perfect for enjoying game night with friends and family. Two large TVs are on-site along with free Wi-Fi internet. Laundry room has stacked washer/dryer combo. You will enjoy lounging on our open front & back porches - fabulous for relaxing and enjoying nature's natural wonders. Take in the starry night sky and cool evenings next to the custom fire pit area complete with multiple picnic tables waiting to provide a platform for your evening beverage of choice. Additionally, this property includes a 12 x 32 screened in patio and additional living space, all of which overlooks the flat, grassy back yard. We also provide a grill and gas to power it, making preparing dinner a true pleasure. Firewood is provided at an extra cost as the outdoor entertainment space is a joy. Two-stall garage doubles as a game room and features a ping pong table, dart board, shuffleboard and a fooseball table for your use. The log home and property are gorgeous and the the hosts have taken care to provide everything you might need for your stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was so well stocked. We enjoyed hanging out on the porch during a terrential rain storm and spent much time on the patio enjoying the fireflies, stars and morning sun.

Five ladies, all over 65 stayed at this marvelous home in Foxburg, PA. Plenty of space, bedrooms, bathrooms, and ambiance. We enjoyed the fire pit (we brought our own wood) and the ease of cooking. Tracy and Jim Clarke have a beautiful rustic home that is clean and well appointed. Beds are comfy. Close enough to entertainment and shopping but away from noise and neighbors. We loved it and are thinking of going back next year. It was a fantastic weekend!

This is our 2nd time to stay at this cabin, and it wont be the last! It's so peaceful and beautiful. There at the cabin and the woods behind it and the creek running through it is breathtaking.And where the cabin is, you're only 30 minutes away from Cooks Forest Scenic Trail riding dude ranch. In just a short drive down the road, there's kayaking some restaurants or winery, just beautiful country.They also have a game room set up in the garage, with a dart board shuffleboard, ping pong table and a foos ball table.

This property was perfect! We went for groundhog day since we couldnt find a place closer. It was a great house that had good amenities and was well stocked. The property was beautiful as well all though it was cold so we didnt get to explore too much. Would definitely reccomend this house!

We’ve stayed here before. It is a lovely home. The indoor hot tub is the key selling point for us! I nice little break away from reality. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Overall beautiful cabin, peaceful and quiet location. Enjoyed the hot tub and use of the outdoor grill. Fireplace kept it warm and cozy. Only thing we didn’t like was the mattresses on the beds. Very firm and uncomfortable. Other than that we loved it!

My three Sister’s ages 79 to 88 try to get together every year for a week. We come from California, Florida and Pennsylvania. We grew up in PA. So we came back this time, to see friends and family. We loved this property, it was clean, well stocked, convenient to the small town of Emlenton to pickup items we forgot and loved the nearby restaurant Allegheny Grille. We had a small gathering in the back yard one day, and because it was cool we made a fire which sat around for several hours talking. Thank you for sharing this peaceful place.

Very lovely, well kept property. Many acres of beautiful woods. Table games in the garage were great! Hot tub was very nice. We tried to he very careful with water use. We did have one glitch on Friday evening after being away all day. There was a sewage type smell and we were concerned. We had not been there all day and did not shower upon return. After some deliberation, we surmised the smell was from sulfur water going through a softener process. We were surprised it was on in the early evening rather than through the night. We were away most of Friday and Saturday for a large family reunion. We would like to return again to spend more timeat the actual chalet/cabin.

This cabin is beautiful and very clean. i was pleasantly surprised at how stocked the kitchen was with pots pan dishes utensils etc. The bathrooms were well stocked too with shampoo conditioner soap toothpaste feminine products. The backyard was beautiful with a nice fire pit and plenty of seating for large groups.

Beautiful cabin and everything you need for a relaxing, fun getaway! Any kitchen accessory you need is there! Plenty of seating, including LR, DR and sun porch! Biggest outdoor fie pit I've seen & plenty of chairs to sit around fire! My only recommendation is TV's in bedrooms for winding down or rainy days!

Every year as a family of 5 we getaway to a winter cabin somewhere within a couple hour drive of Cleveland. We loved this spot. We hiked a good bit in all directions, even as cold as it was it was refreshing to enjoy quiet nature. We loved the house, it had everything we needed. Recommend!

The place was very clean and spacious. More than enough room for all of us, ladies. The fire pit was well-stocked in the perfect place three wind after a long week. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Lots of cozy blankets around so that you could cuddle up by the indoor fireplace and chat. The host very responsive and made sure that anything you needed was taken care of promptly. This is my second time staying and I will definitely go back again. We loved the location and the cabin was nice. It could use some updating. The reason for a 4 on cleanliness the coffee maker looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was so much crud in the tray it was disgusting. The pans could use some up dating. The refrigerator froze some of the foods. The outside was very quiet and relaxing. The only down fall was the grass needed mowed. So the owners told us we are welcome to mow where we are playing, so we did. The tv in the living room didn’t work, and it didn’t work for the guest before us. We did spend most of our time outside, but we are older and do like to watch tv in the morning. We didn’t like the fact that we had to wash towels. When you have cleaning people coming in the next day, and we do pay a cleaning fee of $175. We did enjoy our stay, and loved the location.

Beautiful cabin. Only issues were the tv didn’t work in living room which was ok bc we were there for family time. The I accidentally locked us out of the cabin. A solution was found yet cost us an extra $25. Which wouldn’t be an issue except we had already paid extra for insurance and fees. Overall it was a nice getaway.

This cabin was an amazing property that was nice and secluded but yet close enough to things to do! The trail to the stream was a nice hike that lead to a gorgeous waterfall. The cabin was full of all the amenities you could possibly need. The location was close to Keystone Safari, Grove City Outlets and Freedom Falls (which was AMAZING!). The kids in our party thoroughly enjoyed the game room in the garage and the loft bedroom! The hot tub and fire pit were a great addition! The owners were great and responsive! I would definitely stay here again!
