House was very roomy, and worked well for our family. The beach at 38th street is huge with volleyball courts and plenty of room spread out. Master suite on the 3rd floor is nice. We had a great week.

The house is three stories and offers a view of the water from the top deck. Beach is close by, within walking distance. The kitchen had all of the amenities of home and the appliances were new. Washer dryer was on the second floor, which was convenient to the bedrooms. It was great having bathrooms adjacent to every bedroom and a half bath on the first floor. Neighbors were friendly.
