"Perfectly SeaSunned" is just what you'll be when your stay here! Wide and spacious front decks offer amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico - the beach is just steps across the quiet street. Watch the waves from the house! Enjoy the the large, pool (heated on request) and game area.
The house is completely remodeled, with beautiful tile, stone, wood, and stainless - 3 bedrooms & 3 1/2 baths, with an open-concept kitchen, dining, living room - allowing everyone room to spread out and enjoy each other and the beach. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen, spa-like bathrooms, spacious rooms, and the large pool! See the remodeling results in the photos.
The 2 King and 1 Queen bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. An additional half bath is accessible from the kitchen, and the living room couch has a pullout queen bed. All of the luxurious mattresses are new, and all bedrooms feature double french doors that open onto the decks.
The front decks look out on the aqua waters of the Gulf. The back deck takes you down to the private pool and outdoor living area, featuring an outdoor shower and half bath (4 1/2 bathrooms total, counting the outdoor facilities), very large outdoor picnic table, gas grill, fish cleaning station, game area, and bar!

*We understand "life happens" and that sometimes plan changes are beyond your control. For these reasons, please consider purchasing travel insurance. If you have to cancel within the 60 day time period before arriving, please let us know quickly so that we can re-book your time to someone else. If the house re-books for the same rate, we can refund your deposit. We will of course work with you and rescheduling to a later week or season is possible.
Unconditional refunds are issued in the case of a storm evacuation. Questions - send inquiry.
**Fees and taxes - Cleaning fee is $275, Pet fee is $85 per each dog, number of dogs limited to two per stay; heat the pool for $350. VRBO service charge and taxes are added at booking. Please ask for clarification, if needed, when booking.

Great place to stay!!! Nice, updated, well stocked home. Comfortable beds. Lots of extras! Super close to beach access. Our family enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely come back to this house!!

I have been coming to St. George for 7 years now and this has been by far the easiest and smoothest trip we have had. This house was perfect for my family. I loved the location, all the amenities, the pool was large, tons of toys and anything you could think of that you would need for the pool or the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and everything was labeled even the light switches which was extremely helpful. The front porch had an amazing porch swing and 4 high rise chairs so you could seen out over the balcony straight to the ocean. The owner stayed in contact with me about any issues that happened prior to our stay which did not affect our stay at all but I appreciate her letting us know. The house was a 10 out of 10 and we will be coming back next year.

Great location on the island. Very short walk to the beach. The pool was great! It had a shallow part that toddlers could easily play in. The living space was open to the kitchen and was bigger than I expected from the pictures. The hosts have thought of everything with stocking the house. The host was also very helpful. You know the place is just right when you don’t want to leave. We will definitely book again!
