Welcome to Paradise! Ariel Dunes II is located within Seascape in Miramar Beach. There are boundless amenities to be had at this fabulous retreat! Zero entry pool, golf, and a fitness center are right at your fingertips! Beach is just a short walk away and you can relax beside the emerald greens waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Awwwh! Let your troubles float away.
This condo is beautifully decorated with the beach in mind! The master and living room open up to a spacious balcony with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico's coast and a serene lake located in Seascape. Sunset will be a must while staying in this unit!
The kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need while you are here! There is a dining room table that seats six plus extra bar stools for your dining convenience. If you like to grill, Ariel Dunes II has charcoal grills on property for you to use.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a flat screen TV. The master bath has a double vanity sink with a large tub and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom and bunk room share a full bath that is conveniently located right off the guest bedroom. The living room has a sofa sleeper for extra sleeping accommodations.
Beach access is a short walk away! You can rent chairs with beach service or you can use the wagon, four beach chairs and umbrella the owner has provided on the balcony.
Seascape Golf and Tennis Club offers golf, a 5 star tennis club, pickleball and several pools. The resort has several restaurants nearby for dining. Golf, Tennis, Water Sports, and Fine Dining…..The Majestic Sun at Seascape is everything you want your vacation to be and more!

In lieu of a damage deposit, a $79.00 fee is added to every reservation for damage insurance. This policy covers the guest up to $1500. Fee will show up on payment page as an admin fee.

Check in/check out was simple. Condo was clean and close to everywhere we wanted to go. The view from the balcony is amazing. The facilities- pool, fitness room, ect are also nice. Good place for the price.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, decorated nicely, with plenty of towels (a pet peeve of mine) and had lots of amenities! There were a variety of seasonings (probably left from other renters), a Keurig, an espresso maker, wagons, beach chairs/umbrella (we ended up buying our own because they have been well loved) and pool/beach toys, games, puzzles, and books for your enjoyment. The balcony is large and we enjoyed having dinner at the 6 seat table while taking in the view, which was amazing! The pools are large and one was heated, which was great for when it got a little cool in the evening. And, the bathrooms by the pools were CLEAN! We even saw them taking samples of the pool water. We had dinner the first night at the cafe on site and the food was good. While there is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, it is pleasant. This was off season, so the beach was not crowded and there was not a long wait for the elevators. They even had grocery carts to help take your groceries up. I really have no complaints! The washer/dryer unit could be bigger and there could be a tv in the bunk bed room, but these are just suggestions, not complaints. Also, when checking out, make sure that someone stays in the condo while taking your things out, as the code deactivates and you will get locked out. We would definitely recommend this condo and would book again!

Nice property great view and they provided alot of stuff we needed. I notice that said no pets but it was dog hair everywhere in the condo. Tub water dont get hot so I couldnt give babies bath in tub. The host was great
