Overall, we had a great family vacation and enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We appreciated the generous supply of towels, pillows, and blankets, the cozy beds, spacious showers with great water pressure, and the newer appliances. Our kids loved the lazy river, and the poolside food and beverage service was a nice bonus. The location was also excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and activities nearby.Unfortunately, there were several issues. The elevator was out of service for nearly our entire 7-day stay, so we carried everything up and down three flights of stairs daily. With no luggage carts available, moving in and out was especially difficult. We also found a cockroach in the living room.The biggest frustration was the lack of clear beach access information. There is no direct beach access, and we received a parking ticket at Seascape without any warning or guidance. Front desk staff gave conflicting information, and we only found the public access after another guest told us where it was. Lastly, the listing advertises a fitness center, but The Grove Holly guests do not have one.The condo itself was great, but better communication and more accurate listing details would have made this a much better experience.

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location everything looked New, the only thing was early in The morning the machine out in the lot was very loud we couldn't sleep in late.
