Poggiosalto in Toscana

Lovely stay - everything was just as we’d hoped it would be. Very happy with the location which was very accessible to Pienza, San quirico d’orcia, val d’orcia, Montepulciano and other beautiful little Tuscan towns. The scenery is beautiful and we had the full sunset view from our balcony (and sunrise from the 2nd bedroom). We saw foxes, deer, rabbits, birds of prey and a little owl on the farms land. Pool was sparkling clean with sunbeds and sunshades. Traditional decor with modern shower pressure :-) and all super clean and well equipped. Charming owners who kindly invited us to join them and family when they were harvesting the honey from their bee hive honeycombs. Thank you for hosting us and wishing you all the very best for the future.

A very traditional home feel. The buildings have been maintained in the traditional style with traditional building methods. If you want to be in Italy it’s the best way to stay.

Perhaps could have done with more equipment in the kitchen for convenience.

We absolutely loved our stay in Poggiosalto. Our hosts were exceptional, very friendly, attentive and generous. The apartment had all the amenities you will need. We slept very well, high end linens and bedding and comfortable beds. Very peaceful and beautiful area. Outstanding views of Tuscan hills from all angles. Great pool! Parking on premises. Definitely a must stay. We highly recommend Poggiosalto.

Very quite Nice people, but you don’t have usually more contact than 1 sentence if everything is ok, so not so much relevant. The natural environment around.

Far away from everything and a 3-4km dirt road. No option of renting an e-bike (other than described). No possibility of ordering food. Small pool, mostly dirty Bed is not comfortable Poor equipment, no dish washer etc
