Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zentral. Die Parksituation vor dem Haus ist gewöhnungsbedürftig aber wir haben immer einen Platz bekommen. Es gibt einen Aufzug, was gut ist - 23kg Koffer müsste man sonst über eine schmale Treppe in das 2. OG trage. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür, von hier auf kann man die ganze Insel mit dem Bus erkunden. Da wir einen Leihwagen hatten, hat es sich bei uns auf Fahrten in die Altstadt und nach Can Picafort beschränkt.
Die Klimaanlage macht alle paar Minuten laute Geräusche (das Absaugen des Kondenswassers).

La personne qui nous a réceptionné très professionnel et surtout intentionné et à l écoute.
Petite immeuble 3 étage avec ascenseur.
L' endroit au centre de tout et surtout la vu exceptionnelle vu sur mer. Le matin à l'ombre pour boire son café en regardant le levé du soleil et enfin des climatiseurs qui marchent vraiment.

Die Lage ist einmalig. Platz ist ausreichend für 2 erwachsene und zwei Kinder.
Das Bad (Wanne und Waschbecken) müsste renoviert werden. Etwas sauberer könnte es insgesamt auch sein.
